





OUR STAFF
Committed to service in every way, our staff includes many who have been here since we opened seven years ago (our "lifers"). Whatever you need, we
are here to respond with warmth and quick attention! You'll typically be welcomed at the door by owners John or Pablo. If not, look for Assistant Manager Aaron Wheetman. In their absence, Travis Alley and Karen Brown will bring you a warm welcome.
Our service staff is populated by several long-time employees. Lifers Aaron Wheetman, Shannon Angstead, Mike Stegmann and Anne Larry anchor most shifts. Travis Alley and Karen Brown, each with five years at St. Clouds round out the show.
In the bar, master mixologist and bar manager Gage Tschyekovsky leads the way. Karen Brown takes Thursday and Saturday nights and Aaron takes Sunday night.
In the kitchen, Chef and lifer Michael King leads the way. Sharrieff Austin, also a lifer, runs the show three nights a week, Paul Presciado runs the weekend brunch program, and four year veteran Nick Stansbury covers virtually every position in the kitchen. Relative newcomers include Otilia Bautista and her brother, Eliezer. In the dishpit, we are proud to welcome back Crescenziano Sanchez and newcomer Mari Bautista.
On the catering side of our operation, you'll likely work with Cass Vaivadas, our Director of Catering. Chef Michael King does a lot of the prep cooking and organizing for the catering jobs. On-site, you'll get to see Cass, along with many loyal part-timers, including Helen Anne, Gerald, Jenny, Lucinda, Thomas, Mimi, Bridget and Katie.
And finally, our loyal staff of bussers include John's son, Wilson, as well as Hilary Keyes, Sarah Albro, and Jack Jajewski. Hilary and Sarah are virtual lifers, having been guests at the restaurant since the first month we opened seven years ago. Wilson, of course, has always been here!
