On the 3rd Wednesday of each month neighbors and friends of St. Clouds take over the restaurant kitchen and create a feast for almost 500 homeless people in Seattle. Volunteers gather at 9am, bringing their knives,cutting boards and food contributions, starches, produce or flavor bursts. St. Clouds provides the proteins and everyone gets busy cutting, chopping, mixing cooking and grilling to produce restaurant quality meals for a large number of tent cities and shelters in Seattle.

- 100 lbs Fresh Alaskan Salmon
